Chase Calhoun's passion for real estate began early, inspired by Rich Dad Poor Dad and a family legacy in property development. Originally from the San Francisco Bay Area, Chase started his career in law enforcement and commercial insurance before moving to Little Rock, Arkansas, with his wife Brenda, their son Niko and their English Mastiff, Axle.
Now a seasoned investor and builder, Chase founded Apex Professional Construction in 2017. Through his companies he manages more than 150 rental units across Central Arkansas and has completed over 100 remodels. His focus is on building high-quality homes, investment properties and commercial projects that make a lasting impact on the community.
Beyond real estate, Chase is an outdoor enthusiast and fitness advocate, hosts the Relentless Growth Podcast, and is an active member of GoBundance, a national organization promoting personal and professional growth.
We don't just build properties. We build opportunity, growth and legacy.
