Timelines vary with size, design and weather, but most custom homes take several months from groundbreaking to move-in. We give you a realistic schedule before we start.
Can you help with the design, or do I need my own plans?
Both work. If you already have plans, we build from them. If not, we work with our design partner to develop a custom plan tailored to your needs and budget.
How do you keep the project on budget?
We provide a clear, detailed estimate up front and communicate about any choices that affect cost, so you stay in control of your budget throughout the build.
