Apex renovated and rebuilt Jacksonville Mini Storage on South First Street after the facility was damaged by a tornado.
Scope of work
Damaged buildings demolished and rebuilt from the foundation, a brand-new climate-controlled building taken from dirt work to finish, and full exterior facade improvements on the remaining buildings and the office so the whole facility looks new.
The result
A restored and expanded storage facility, with drive-up and climate-controlled units serving residential, commercial and military customers near Little Rock Air Force Base.
